Whether it’s health, career, creative expression, family, relationships, or finances every successful person has a core belief about themselves that is unshakable, they are mentally tough and are willing to be connected to their emotions. They will stop at nothing to accomplish their dream.

Interestingly enough, the same person who could be very successful financially may not be successful with their health or some other part of their life. It’s the core beliefs that drive us to be successful, and core beliefs that hold us back.

I developed the Be – Feel – Do method to create or adjust those subconscious beliefs that keep us stuck.

 

Begin with your core, the beliefs that make you ‘who’ you are. To get unstuck you will have to examine your good and bad self-thoughts. Some of the things you believe about yourself are good, and we need to accentuate them. Others that are either bad, incorrect, or downright destructive need to be eliminated. I have created a simple system to get down to the bottom of these belief systems I call our BS.

This might be the most challenging part of
your journey. The food and exercise part is relatively straightforward and doesn’t take much training.

Getting to the core of WHY you’re stuck without being able
to talk to you will force you to take inventory of your feelings and
emotions. It will force you to think about past hurts and possibly
dig up some parts of your life that you’ve hidden. Unfortunately,
those parts are the ones that are keeping you stuck.
You can will yourself thin if you want to by starving yourself
and working your butt off. However, it’ll be difficult, and the
likelihood of staying thin are slim (pun intended ;). It’s much better
to have one good cry in the area of pain that you’ve hidden from
and move on with your life. It’s not that difficult once you get into
it, but one person’s identity issue will be different than another.

FEEL – Your emotional connection to the things that keep you stuck and your mental fortitude. Our goal is to release you to feel alive, fully connected to your heart. It’s easy to stuff emotions like a box of cookies; I help you create outlets for the emotions that make sticking with any program difficult, if not impossible.
DO – Nutrition and exercise are the core of every healthy diet. Our goal and purpose are to create a life of FUN that brings you into the health that you’re after. So it should be a little tough for moments here and there, but it should also be exciting and driving you towards enjoying being healthy all
